Damn I'm getting old
Haven't really been very active on DA this year. It's been a pretty eventful year despite a few..."setbacks". Though it's been good and I've had a good run.
Can't believe I've been a member for 7 years. Time just flies too fast. I've had a number of experiences this year where I've thought "Damn, I'm old", but things are what they are and it just depends on how we face them.
So never take what you have for granted and always make sure your words and actions allow you to hold your head up high. Cause that's a different sort of pride - it's one that makes sure you act like a decent human being.

Incredible India!
Just over a month left in India. So far been enjoying my stay, course it's been mostly study related, but I've been really lucky that I've thoroughly enjoyed it (bar getting my surveys translated). Visiting villages and interviewing people has been such a great experience and the local villagers are so welcoming and hospitable.
Hope my studies here will help with improving the conditions for the people here. There have been those I've spoken to who will not accept that there are those facing hardships which are forms of poverty, such as the young boy who has to walk for 1.5 hours just to get an education; the people who have to drink contami
